Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
Deliveries are made by lettre simple, lettre suivie or Colissimo (La Poste services in France) or by Mondial Relay, depending on the number and weight of items.
Delivery time is 3 working days for France and 4 to 10 working days for other countries, excluding any delays by La Poste or Mondial Relay beyond the control of Diamant-Strass-DMC.com. This delivery time is calculated on each product sheet according to the customer’s country of connection, then indicated on the order confirmation page according to the country entered as the delivery address.
Only orders with a minimum order value are sent with tracking. This amount is 15€ for a shipment to France and 20€ for a shipment to another country. The tracking number is communicated to the buyer in the shipment confirmation email. If the order has been paid for in a currency other than the euro, the exchange rate of this currency on the day of the order is taken into account for conversion into the amount of 15€ or 20€.
Delay and damage
If the delay of the postal services exceeds 3 working days for France or 5 working days for other countries, Diamant-Strass-DMC.com undertakes to ship the order again with a tracking number communicated to the buyer.
If delivery times exceed 20 days from the order date, the sales contract may be cancelled and the customer refunded in full. It is also possible to request from Diamant-Strass-DMC.com an immediate reshipment of the delayed or lost order.
In the event of damage in transit, a justified protest must be made to Diamant-Strass-DMC.com within 3 days of delivery, with a photograph, at [email protected].
Delivery zone
Diamant-Strass-DMC.com delivers worldwide (no country restrictions), but some large accessories can only be shipped within the European Union. If a bulky accessory is added to the basket for a country outside the European Union, the order is technically impossible (an error message indicates this to the buyer).
Delivery rates
Delivery charges are explicitly indicated on the basket page and on the order confirmation page. They depend on a number of factors, such as the weight of all items. The most frequent scenarios are as follows:
- Order of 6 bags of pearls or less, without accessories: €1.96;
- Order of 7 or more bags of beads and/or with accessory(ies): €2.94.
Feedback and discussion
Products purchased from Diamant-Strass-DMC.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for an item of similar value. Shipping costs for items returned to Diamant-Strass-DMC.com are the responsibility of the customer.
