Delivery, returns and exchanges

The products offered on the site are stored in France in its warehouse.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are dispatched on working days and within 12 hours of receipt. They are sent by registered mail or Colissimo (services of La Poste in France) according to the number and weight of the articles.

Orders of €15 or more are sent with tracking, the number of which is communicated to the buyer in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery time is 3 working days for France and 4 to 10 working days for other countries, excluding any delays by La Poste beyond the control of This delivery time is indicated on each product sheet according to the customer’s country, then confirmed on the order page according to the country entered as the delivery address.

Delay and damage

If delivery times exceed 20 days from the order date (i.e. in the event of internal postal service problems), the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed in full. It is also possible to request from an immediate reshipment of the delayed or lost order.

In the event of damage in transit, a justified protest must be made to within 3 days of delivery, with a photograph, at [email protected].

Delivery zone

We ship worldwide (no country restrictions), but some large accessories can only be shipped within the European Union. If a bulky accessory is added to the shopping basket for a country outside the European Union, the order is technically impossible (an error message will be displayed).

Order 6 or fewer bags of pearls, without accessories

France (including DROM-COM): €1.96
Other countries: €2.48

Order 7 or more bags of pearls and/or with accessory

France (including DROM-COM): €2.94
Other countries: €3.47

Feedback and discussion

Products purchased from may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for an item of similar value. Shipping costs for items returned to are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned outside this 30-day period are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Products must be returned clean and undamaged. In the case of diamond sachets, for example, they must not have been opened.
