Bank data management does not store or collect any credit card numbers entered by the user, and cannot access this information. The latter pass securely and encrypted by the third-party Stripe and PayPalservices, which inform of the success or failure of the payment, and do not disclose to any other information. These platforms are most used by merchant sites and guarantee the security of transactions, as well as the inability of anyone to access banking data should the site be hacked.

Management of other personal data

No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the purchase of the site and its rights authorizes Justin Deslée to transmit the said information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify the data vis-à-vis the user of the site

In France, personal data is protected by Law 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

On the website, in accordance with Article 4 Law 78-17 of January 06, 1978, user data is collected only for the purpose of the service offered by the site, i.e. the processing of orders.
