Orders are dispatched the same day, but orders placed over the weekend are effectively handled by the postal service on Monday.
The delivery time is specified in the order confirmation email (“shipping” line).
Working days” do not include Sundays.
If your order has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date (see “When will I receive my order?” above), please check that your delivery address is complete and error-free.
Then, please wait a few more days (3 extra working days for France and 5 extra working days for other countries) before contacting us.
Postal services are sometimes one or more days late, and we are unfortunately powerless to prevent this from happening.
After these few extra days, if you still haven’t received your delivery, we may be in the rare situation where a shipment has been lost by the postal services. In this case, please contact us at specifying the order number, and we will reship your order with a tracking number that will be communicated to you for better traceability.
To save time and avoid an additional exchange with our after-sales service, please let us know that you have already checked your delivery address (or give us the correct address if it was incomplete or incorrect).
In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, and in order to offer better shipping rates, only orders over €15 are sent with a tracking number.
If you have ordered in a currency other than the euro, the exchange rate of this currency on the day of the order is taken into account for conversion into 15€.
If your order is over €15, you’ll find your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
Creating an account is not required to place an order.
If you were logged in at the time you confirmed your order, you will find it there.
However, if you created your account after placing your order, you will not be able to find it in your account, even if you create an account using the same email address as the one you used to place your order.
The same applies if you already have an account but were not logged in when confirming your order, for security reasons.
If you wish to link an order to your account, please do not use our contact form, but send an email to [email protected] from the same email address as your account login, which must be the same as the one you used to place your order.
In this email, specify that you wish to link your order to your account, and also specify your order number.
Your order will be attached to your account within 24 hours.
Sachets contain a minimum of 200 pearls (300 for special AB round diamonds).
If you’re not convinced, you can do the following test: open a bag and make small heaps of 10 pearls.
You’ll see that you’ll manage to make more than 20 piles, which means that there are indeed more than 200 diamonds per bag.
At first glance, the impression that there are fewer pearls is legitimate because pearls are very small elements, so they can be visually misleading, but the point is well taken: we are very vigilant on this point.
We only offer bags of 200 pearls (300 for special AB round diamonds).
